About N1C Center

The N1C centre is a multipurpose community centre. The heart of King’s Cross is one of the most exciting places to be in central London.  This part of the capital has become a vibrant mix of new homes, offices, public spaces, with a range of cultural and education organisations enriching the neighbourhood.  It is estimated that 20,000 people now spend their work, home or leisure time in the area.

Covent garden Dragonhall Trust:

The Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust was established in 2005 to provide a community facility in the heart of Covent Garden and Holborn to serve the needs of residents, local communities and the wider public, with a specific focus on children, young people and older residents. They offer a wide range of social, educational and recreational activities and events delivered and developed in partnership with users and other organisations, to accommodate the needs and interests of our communities. Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust provides opportunities for social, educational & recreational activities developed for & by the members of our diverse communities, especially those at risk from social exclusion & isolation. We actively encourage partnership working, collaboration & innovation to improve the quality of life for all our communities.

Somali Youth Development Resource Centre(SYDRC)

SYDRC is a youth community-based organization that has been working with Somali young people and other young people in Camden and neighboring boroughs since 2000. SYDRC is a unique in Camden as the only youth lead organisation providing activities and services for young people . SYDRC is also believed to be the only Somali organisation in Britain that is a youth-led and this is reflected in the membership of tis Youth Advisory and Management committee. This uniqueness has enabled SYDRC to develop good working relationships with key agencies and stakeholders working to tackle key social issues effecting young Somali people including gang-related activities, knife and gun crime, educational underachievement, school exclusions and anti-social behaviour.
